    上世纪80年代，改革开放的春风刮到了山城浏阳。家庭联产承包政策让有志之士摩拳擦掌。枨冲镇的农民邓文树成了山村里第一批“吃螃蟹的人”，拿着养鸭赚来的几千元钱，在黄板桥村丁头生产大队承包了几亩土地，搞起了烟花鞭炮生产。

    1986年，欢乐烟花的前身“丁头鞭炮厂”就这样诞生了。成立之初，工厂一共只有几间简陋的土砖房，邓文树专门请来了国营花炮厂的老专家做技术指导。凭着吃苦耐劳、精雕细琢的精神，“丁头干响鞭”的名气响起来了，买家络绎不绝，产量逐年翻番。作为创业领头羊，除了改善自家的经济状况，邓文树还希望带大家一起过上好日子。扯筒、栽引、钻饼、结鞭、覆药等工序让周边的几十户农民都有活可干。生产高峰期，一户最多一天能赚到2块钱，这在“稻谷8元一担”的年代，已是一笔“巨款”。
